WatchMe v2.5.6
WatchMe v2.5.6 WatchMe is a feature-rich timer program that can be used to track time for a number of different tasks or events together or independently of one another. You can create any number of timers, give each one a name and record additional notes and information about what you are timing – a great solution for those who need to track their time for hourly billing, timesheets, and more. Have multiple timers and countdowns running at the same time. You can also set it so only one timer can be operational at a time – a great way to quickly keep only a single timer running while hopping between tasks. Timers and countdowns can display their time in a variety of formats including fractions of an hour – handy if you have enter fractions of an hour into your timesheets or billing programs. Track as many timers and countdowns as you need (grouped into multiple tabs), and add notes to each in order to keep track of work you are doing. Use the “Focus Light” to help you avoid distractions and keep you focused on the work you are doing. Version 2.5.6 (19-Dec-2020) BUG: Fixed issue with “Column Name is constrained to be unique” error when opening some older configuration files. WebBrowserPassView v2.12
WebBrowserPassView v2.12 A password recovery tool that reveals the passwords stored by the following Web browsers: Internet Explorer (Version 4.0 - 11.0), Mozilla Firefox (All Versions), Google Chrome, Safari, and Opera. This tool can be used to recover your lost/forgotten password of any Website, including popular Web sites, like Facebook, Yahoo, Google, and GMail, as long as the password is stored by your Web Browser. After retrieving your lost passwords, you can save them into text/html/csv/xml file, by using the 'Save Selected Items' option (Ctrl+S). System Requirements And Limitations • This utility works on any version of Windows, starting from Windows 2000, and up to Windows 10, including 64-bit systems. Older versions of Windows (Windows 98/ME) are not supported, because this utility is a Unicode application. • Currently, WebBrowserPassView cannot retrieve passwords from external hard-drive (Except of Firefox Web browser). Support for that might be added in future versions. • On Internet Explorer 7.0-9.0, the passwords are encrypted with the URL of the Web site, so WebBrowserPassView uses the history file of Internet Explorer to decrypt the passwords. If you clear the history of Internet Explorer, WebBrowserPassView won't be able to decrypt the passwords. • On Google Chrome - passwords originally imported from Internet Explorer 7.0-9.0, cannot be decrypted. Changes: v2.12: Fixed to display the password of Chromium-based Web browser if it's not encrypted (Like in the portable version of Brave). Updated to work properly in high DPI mode. The following Web browsers are supported: Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, SeaMonkey, and Google Chrome. Opera is not supported because it stores the JPEG images in Webp format. WebCam On-Off v1.4
WebCam On-Off v1.4 Webcams allow us to stay in touch with family and friends, or perhaps record and stream video from your computer to the internet or to a file. When not in use , you may wish to disable your webcam to ensure it is not making unwanted recordings. Malware can take over webcams, so there is potential for spying. Hackers can utilize trojan-horse attacks, enabling them to take control of your webcam, allowing them to record you or take pictures of you without your knowledge. If you’re a parent, you may also wish to disable your webcam for safety reasons. Instant messengers and websites that utilize video aren’t always safe for children, thus disabling your webcam may be the best course of action. If the camera is external, you could always unplug it and hide it, but this can become tiresome if you are frequently in need of it. And what if, as on most laptops, you have a built in camera? The Washington Post highlighted an unnerving study published at Johns Hopkins University which found that a laptop webcam can function in relative secrecy – a slightly more subtle Eye of Sauron, if you will. Webcam spying, particularly the variant that involves disabling LED indicator lights, takes quite a bit of effort, but the practice isn’t limited to the realm of academics. The FBI has publicly acknowledged its ability to employ such techniques when investigating criminal activity. As you can see, disabling your webcam completely is the safest way to protect your privacy. Because of this, we have created “Webcam On-Off” which is both portable and freeware. With it you can easily disable or enable your webcam. Don’t let your home become someone else’s reality TV! What is new on version 1.4 (Friday 4 December 2020) 1.[Fixed] – WebCam On-Off Doesn’t Work on ...

WhoIsConnectedSniffer v1.28
WhoIsConnectedSniffer v1.28 A network discovery tool that listens to network packets on your network adapter using a capture driver (WinpCap or MS network monitor) and accumulates a list of computer and devices currently connected to your network. WhoIsConnectedSniffer uses various protocols to detect the computers connected to your network, including ARP, UDP, DHCP, mDNS, and BROWSER. For every detected computer or device, the following information is displayed: (Some of the fields might be empty if the information cannot be found inside the packets) IP Address, MAC Address, name of the device/computer, description, Operating System, Network Adapter Company, IPv6 Address. After collecting the connected computers/devices information, you can easily export the list to tab-delimited/comma-delimited/xml/html file. As opposed to the other tools, WhoIsConnectedSniffer doesn't perform any scanning and it doesn't send any packet to the other computers. WhoIsConnectedSniffer only listens to the packets sent by other computers and devices, analyzes them and then displays the result on the main window. WhoIsConnectedSniffer also provides some information that the other tools cannot get, like operating system, description text of the computer, IPv6 address. System Requirements And Limitations Any version of Windows, starting from Windows 2000, and up to Windows 11. Both 32-bit and 64-bit systems are supported. WhySoSlow v1.51
WhySoSlow v1.51 WhySoSlow finds out why your system is running slow, the serious way. WhySoSlow does a serious effort at analyzing your system to find out why it's running slow. Instead of focusing on a limited set of possible factors that may slow down your computer, this software takes a holistic approach to analyzing the responsiveness and performance of a system. It's intended as a one-stop solution for checking all perfomance health factors of a system. The software monitors and analyzes your CPU temperature and clock speed, running processes, memory usage, page file usage, disk fragmentation, power settings, kernel and application responsiveness, behavior of BIOS and drivers and several other factors that may have influence on the performance and responsiveness of your system. Upon request, the software will perform a thorough analysis and provide you with a detailed report that includes suggestions on how to improve your systems performance and responsiveness. WhySoSlow allows you to configure alarms that trigger when certain criteria have been met, such as a CPU that reaches its maximum temperature or is being throttled down for too long. This will allow you to operate your system smoothly while it's being monitored in the background by the software, consuming only a minimum of resources. WildGem v1.60
WildGem v1.60 A small, free, lightning-fast, portable, single-file app for Windows to help find and replace text. Its powerful syntax combines most of the flexibility of Regex, but with the simplicity of the typical find/replace feature found in your text editor or word processor. Unlike similar programs, WildGem is fast with a dual split display, and updates or highlights matches as you type in realtime. A unique colour coded syntax allows you to easily find/replace text without worrying about having to escape special symbols. If you're a beginner who only occasionally uses find and replace, WildGem will feel second-nature, and can even help you to formulate queries with wildcards. If you're moderately competent with basic or extended expressions, but rarely use Regex, WildGem will allow to create more powerful expressions more quickly with its intuitive interface. Individual WildGem symbols can replace the equivalent of up to 22 Regex symbols! If you're an expert with Regex and use it all the time, you may still appreciate the simpler syntax, colour coding, lightning speed, large input/output areas, realtime updating as you type, and the feature which converts your expression into the equivalent Regex syntax. More information behind the purpose of WildGem: Regex is such a powerful way of editing text, but its power comes at a cost. The learning curve is pretty steep, and there's a lot of syntax to remember. A simple example is replacing something starting with "The" and ending with "Fox" (for example: "The quick brown fox"). Regex would look like this: "the.*?fox". But WildGem simplifies the ".*?" bit to a single WildGem symbol - ✪. So you'd search for "the✪fox" instead. Want to search for one or more letters? The ⊚ symbol replaces the Regex "[a-zA-Z]+?" Likewise, the simple symbol ⇕ is used for new lines or the start/end of a line (equivalent ...

Windows 10 ISO Download Tool v1.2.1.13
Windows 10 ISO Download Tool v1.2.1.13 Download all the currently available versions of Windows 10, including the different language versions from Microsoft servers. The program makes the Windows 10 installation kit available in an ISO standard image file format. During the development of Windows 10 ISO Download Tool, in addition to creating efficient possible applications, adopting fully legal methods was also an important criterion. Problem 1: On Microsoft’s Windows 10 download page a “user-friendly” tool is available by default, which leads to the desired download only after several steps. To those not too familiar with using computers, this option represents a potential source of serious errors. On the other hand, for experts this tool is not efficient enough. Problem 2: There are several independent websites and software for performing this task. According to my experience, they often do not try to reach their goals in a fair way while competing with each other. Solution: Microsoft has designed its Windows 10 download page so that it offers different display contents when viewed from different devices and browsers. E.g. from Linux and Android systems it is possible to directly download the appropriate installation kit in ISO format. Servers create the different contents provided this way on the basis of the default browser settings. However, this setting (user agent) can be changed freely any time. Both Chrome and Firefox offers official plugins for changing the user agent. These are regularly used by e.g. web designers to check how the content developed by them is displayed on different platforms. On Windows a browser with such a plugin, e.g. Android with user agent setting, immediately offers the direct Windows 10 download option on the above-mentioned Microsoft page. Windows 10 ISO Download Tool is a simplified Internet browser, which contains the appropriate user agent setting by default. Advantages of Windows 10 ISO ...

Windows Defender Offline 32bit
Windows Defender Offline 32bit What is Windows Defender Offline? Sometimes, malicious and other potentially unwanted software, including rootkits, try to install themselves on your PC. This can happen when you connect to the Internet or install some programs from a CD, DVD, or other media. Once on your PC, this software might run immediately, or it might run at unexpected times. Windows Defender Offline can help remove such hard to find malicious and potentially unwanted programs using definitions that recognize threats. Definitions are files that provide an encyclopedia of potential software threats. Because new threats appear daily, it's important to always have the most up-to-date definitions installed in Windows Defender Offline. Armed with definition files, Windows Defender Offline can detect malicious and potentially unwanted software, and then notify you of the risks. To use Windows Defender Offline, you need to follow four basic steps: 1) Download Windows Defender Offline and create a CD, DVD, or USB flash drive. 2) Restart your PC using the Windows Defender Offline media. 3) Scan your PC for malicious and other potentially unwanted software. 4) Remove any malware that is found from your PC. Windows Defender Offline will walk you through the details of these four steps when you're using the tool. If you've been prompted in Microsoft Security Essentials or Windows Defender to download and run Windows Defender Offline, it's important that you do so, to make sure that your data and your PC isn't compromised. To get started, find a blank CD, DVD, or USB flash drive with at least 250 MB of free space and then download and run the tool—the tool will help you create the removable media. Note We recommend that you download Windows Defender Offline and create the CD, DVD, or USB flash drive on a PC ...

Windows Error Message Creator v1.40.32
Windows Error Message Creator v1.40.32 Mess with your IT person by creating fake error messages. CREATING STANDARD MESSAGE BOXES Windows Error messages are something that everyone has come across at some point or another. WEMC allows you to take these messages and put your own, often humorous, take on them. Everything you need to create one is on the main screen, in the section entitled 'Create A Standard Message Box.' CREATING CUSTOMIZED MESSAGE BOXES A customized message box is a message box that gives you total control over the contents. It allows you to set custom text, icons and buttons -- all in one easy to use interface. CREATING FORMAT DIALOGS WEMC includes the ability to create fictitious Formatting dialogue boxes. Formatting is the act of deleting all the data on a drive. N.B. WEMC does not actually delete any data; it merely gives the impression of such a thing happening. To create a format dialog, press Ctrl+F while on the Main Screen, or select 'Create > Format Dialog' from the menu. SHOWING A BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH WEMC has the ability to show off that most infamous of Windows errors, the Blue Screen Of Death (BSOD). To do this, select 'Create > BSOD' from the Main Menu, or press Ctrl+B. Version 1.40.32 Added 2 new icons. Please use the new INI updater to add these new icons to an existing list. This will help to preserve any custom icons you may have added. Added a new button to the Manage Custom Icons screen that will recreate the original CustomIcons.ini file. This is handy if you've accidentally deleted something you shouldn't have (by editing the file outside of WEMC). Please note that this will also remove any custom icons you have added. CustomIcons.ini will now ...

Windows File Manager (WinFile) v10.1.4.0
Windows File Manager (WinFile) v10.1.4.0 The Windows File Manager lives again and runs as a native x86 and x64 desktop portable app on all currently supported version of Windows, including Windows 10. The source code provided here (in the src directory) was copied from the Windows NT 4 source tree in November 2007. The tag named original_plus contains a very limited set of modifications from the original sources to enable WinFile.exe to run on current Windows. The most significant changes are: converted to Visual Studio solution; works on VS 2015 and 2017 compiles and runs on 64-bit Windows (e.g., GetWindowLong -> GetWindowLongPtr, LONG -> LPARAM) added a few header files which were stored elsewhere in the NT source tree (e.g., wfext.h) deleted some unused files (e.g., winfile.def) converted 64-bit arithmetic from internal libraries to C converted internal shell APIs to public APIs (the primary reason the old version would not run) The help directory contains both winfile.hlp and winfile.chm. Winfile.hlp was in the NT4 source tree, but does not work on Windows 10 any more. Winfile.chm was copied from a regular installation of Windows 98 and works on Windows 10. As is, WinFile.exe tries to launch winfile.hlp which fails. Click here to visit the author's website.

For every time that a user log on/log off to your system, the following information is displayed: Logon ID, User Name, Domain, Computer, Logon Time, Logoff Time, Duration, and network address. WinLogOnView also allows you to easily export the logon sessions information to tab-delimited/comma-delimited/html/xml file. System Requirements This utility works on Windows Vista/7/8/2008/10/11. Older systems are not supported because the log on/log off information is not added to the security event log. Known Limitations This tool is based on the security event log of Windows, and the accuracy of the displayed information depends on the availability and accuracy of the data stored inside the security event log. It's possible that some of the information will be missing, like a logon session without logoff time. WizFile v3.09
WizFile v3.09 An extremely fast file finder. Find files by name, size and date instantly! WizFile is a very fast file search utility that can find files on your hard drive almost instantly. The entire file system can be quickly sorted by name, size or date. WizFile currently only supports NTFS formatted hard drives but support for other hard drive types is planned. What makes WizFile so fast? When scanning NTFS formatted hard drives (most modern hard drives use this format), WizFile reads the hard drive's Master File Table (MFT) directly from the disk. The MFT is a special hidden file used by the NTFS file system to keep track of all files and folders on a hard drive. Scanning for files this way completely bypasses the operating system (Windows) and provides a huge performance boost. How to Search Just start typing and search results will appear. While WizFile is active is will monitor your hard drives for file changes. Any changes that affect the current search results will update on screen as they occur. Wildcards Use a * (asterisk) to match and one or more characters. Use a ? (question mark) to match any single character. For example, to search for all files that start with the letters "da", type in: da* To find all files starting with the letter a with "d" as the 3rd letter, type in: a?d* To file all files with a particular extension, e.g. all mp3 files: *.mp3 Multiple Search Items (AND/OR) Separate multiple search terms with a space. The space acts like an "AND" operator. WizTree v4.19
WizTree v4.19 The world's fastest disk space analyzer. It scans your hard drive and shows you which files and folders are using the most disk space. It does this in the FASTEST way possible - you simply won't find any other application of this type that's quicker! Use the information WizTree provides to quickly locate and remove "space hogs" from your hard drive. WARNING: Take care not to remove any files that are required for the correct operation of your PC! What makes WizTree so fast? When scanning NTFS formatted hard drives (most modern hard drives use this format), WizTree reads the hard drive's Master File Table (MFT) directly from the disk. The MFT is a special hidden file used by the NTFS file system to keep track of all files and folders on a hard drive. Scanning for files this way completely bypasses the operating system (Windows) and provides a huge performance boost. Features • Finds the files and folders using the most space on your hard drive • VERY Fast! WizTree reads the master file table (MFT) directly from NTFS formatted hard drives (similar to the way Everything Search Engine works) • Finds the largest files on your hard drive. Every single file on your hard drive can be sorted in order of size. • File Name Search - quickly locate files by name or wildcard match • Sort the contents of your entire hard drive by folder size and optionally delete files and folders • Scan ALL hard drive file system types (NTFS, FAT, FAT32, network, etc) and/or individual folders Works on 32 and 64 bit versions of Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, 8, 10 and 11 Changes: WizTree 4.19 (5 March 2024) WizTree ...

World of Padman v1.6.2
World of Padman v1.6.2 A Freeware Fun Shooter! A first person shooter where you and your opponents are tiny... real tiny in a giant world. For Windows, Linux and MacOS. Weapons Each weapon in World of Padman is different and has its strengths and weaknesses. The right choice always depends on the current game situation and the skill of the player. In many cases, the prerequisite is simply to practice, practice and practice again. Please also consider Psychic Pads valuable monster tips, which are listed for each weapon. Not all weapons are always available on all maps and certain weapons only appear in special situations, as is the case with the Injector and the Spray Gun. Other weapons, like the Imperius, are always well hidden for a good reason! Powerups There are several powerups and holdable items available in World of Padman. The player can pick up powerups to modify and increase his abilities for a short amount of time. Holdables are portable items to be activated at any time with the use key. Only one holdable item can be carried at a time. The health energy of a player can be regenerated via Health Stations and also shield energy can be picked up in the maps. Game Types Besides of a selection of game types which are characteristic for shooters, World of Padman also provides some unique developed game types, which focus more on strategy. In total there are 7 game types, including team variants, which can be supplemented and combined with the mutator InstaPad. Maps In total there are 24 maps in World of Padman, but not every map is suitable and available for all game types. They provide richly detailed environments of everyday places like a garden, a kitchen, a bathroom up to a backyard. A distinction is made between motley platform maps and those ...

Wu10Man v4.2.1
Wu10Man v4.2.1 Wu10Man is a free, portable tool to prevent Windows 10 updates and declutter Windows 10. Features as described by the author: Pausing Updates A few months ago, Windows added a pause feature to some of the business license of Windows 10. Recently they added the ability to pause updates as well, but the UI only allows you to go out a few weeks. I added a screen that allows for a longer pause scenario. This isn't adding new functionality to Windows, only using the functionality that is built in. This feature will only work correctly on those versions of Windows that already support Pause/Defer. BETA - Declutter Windows 10 comes with a lot of clutter. There's the random stuff that they install that aren't particularly necessary, and then there's the 3rd party apps that Windows tries to include. There's plenty of apps and scripts to remove a bunch of these, but I wanted to add it here as well so that I had a single solution. This is still sort of in BETA, so definitely use with added caution. Legacy With any application, somethings things just are no longer necessary. With that, there comes some depricated parts of this application as well. These parts aren't really supported any more, as much as this application has support. Blocking URLs There are also a number of URLs that have been identified as being use by Windows Update. That list is included in the app config file so you can alter it if need be. You can set which URLs to block individually or as a group. This updates the hosts file at C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc. Windows Defender likes to block this which is rather annoying. Also, it's not the best way to actually block Windows updates so I've decided that this goes into the Legacy box unless it turns out to be something ...

X-Bomber
X-Bomber X-Bomber is a free video game for Windows. It is a 2D, vertical-scrolling Space Shooter, based on the 1980s Japanese sci-fi show Star Fleet. X-Bomber is the main spacecraft in the show and in the game. The game has sharp controls, fast and smooth gameplay, attractive graphics, explosive sound and a huge range of enemies, weapons, allies, environments and objectives along with diligent balancing. X-Bomber is more than just a shoot-em-up, combining fast movement with a wide view of your surroundings, incorporating multiple mission objective types. You choose when to change ship. Choose whether to use firepower, mobility, durability, a balance of each, or force of numbers. Use amazing special and upgrade weapons, devastating secondary attacks or call on your allies for support. I want as many people as possible to enjoy X-Bomber. Distribute it. Mention it to as many people as you can. Let me know if you'd like the game's source files. If you're a fan of Star Fleet, science fiction or action games, be sure to try X-Bomber. It is written in my spare-time using my Clevo P150EM and is tested using a handful of other machines. I'm writing the game because I want to play it myself. Its development is sped along by your comments and feedback. Switch between the X-Bomber space battleship, Dai-X robot or all three of it's constituent Dai-X Fighters at any time by pressing Tab. Your unselected ships repair and re-arm themselves slowly in the background. Replay, flying The Skull space sailer or the WingBlade assault ship. Every single weapon shown in Star Fleet as well as 2 sets of 10 unique special weapons for X-Bomber and Dai-X 17 story-driven missions with: - progressive difficulty - varied environments, objectives and gameplay - swarms of enemies and hazards - Randomising level engine, environment engine and enemy AI mean you never play the same mission twice. - ...

X-Mouse Button Control (PORTABLE) v2.19.1
X-Mouse Button Control (PORTABLE) v2.19.1 X-Mouse Button Control is a free tool for Windows that allows you to re-configure and expand the capabilities of your mouse. Overview: XMouse Button Control (XMBC) allows you to create application and window specific profiles. This in turn, allows you to re-configure your mouse behaviour for individual applications or windows. For each profile you can also configure up to 5 'layers' of different button configurations which you can switch between using hot-keys or mouse buttons. By default, profiles are automatically activated as the mouse moves over the defined window or application. This has many uses, for example: Changing the behaviour of the mouse over certain windows, such as making the mouse wheel change volume when hovering over the system tray or you-tube video. In games which do not natively support the extended, 4th and 5th mouse buttons, you can map keys to each button. XMBC allows you to change the behaviour of the mouse buttons and scroll wheel. The extensive list of functions available to map to your mouse buttons includes options such as: Send any keys using the 'simulated keystrokes' editor Launch any windows application Clipboard control (Copy/Cut/Paste) Media control (Play/Pause/Stop/Volume/Mute etc.) Capture screen (or active window) image to clipboard Click-Drag [Sticky buttons/keys] Click-Drag [Sticky buttons/keys] Various support for specific Windows operating systems, ...

XBox One Controller Battery Indicator v1.3.1
XBox One Controller Battery Indicator v1.3.1 A tray application that shows a battery indicator for an Xbox-ish controller and gives a notification when the battery level drops to (almost) empty. It was originally written for the XBox One controller since Microsoft dropped all visual hints for low battery, but it should work with any gamepad that can be addressed via XInput (which should be all controllers that work in XBox-controller-enabled games). When more than one controller is present, the tray icon will cycle through the status display every 5 seconds. When a controller reaches low battery level, a notification is displayed. Controllers reported as working/being recognized so far: XBox Series X/S + dongle XBOne S + dongle XBOne S + Bluetooth XBOne Elite + dongle XBOne + dongle XB360 Currently known issues/limitations: Series X/S controllers connected via Bluetooth won't report any or a completely wrong battery level. This seems to be an issue with Microsofts BT implementation and I can't do anything about it. See Issue #49 for details. initial recognition of a newly connected controller can take a while. It will be displayed as "waiting for battery level data" at first but should switch to battery level after ~10 seconds and a button press. (This might be a limitation of the XInput API.) Changes: 1.3.1 The biggest change is that this version can detect if the new light theme introduced with Windows 10 1903 is used and switches to an inverted icon set (black lines instead of white). The switch can take a few seconds since it's coupled with the controller detection cycle (which takes 1-5 seconds for a cycle). See issue #23 for details. Also, as mentioned in issue #25 automatic update check ...

XL-Parser v1.3.2
XL-Parser v1.3.2 XL-Parser is a tool for data extraction and analysis. Input can be a directory, a file or multiple files, or the clipboard. File formats: XL-Parser supports many file formats like plain text, unicode, text inside binaries, doc and docx, xls and xlsx, evt and evtx, pdf, msg and text inside zip files. You can even extract a file using a different parser. For example, you can extract data from a docx file, but open it as a zip, so you will have access to xml file inside it. File filters: If the input is a directory, you can include the subfolder or not. You can also set a combinaison of filters: keyword or regex that match filename, size of the file, last modified time or last accessed time. Your combinaison of filters can be save for a later use. Extraction: You can extract data using a combinaison of keyword or regex or use the special objects already set which are: IPv4, IPv6, URLs, Emails, Hostnames, Domain names, MAC addresses or credit card numbers. XL-Parser provides a lot of options for extraction and for report. Web log analysis: One specialty of XL-Parser is web log analysis. When you analyse web logs, you can extract data using anything that is in the logs. For example, you can extract all requests related to a particular IP address, but you cannot search for requests related to an ISP, because this information is not in the log. XL-Parser provides you the way to do this and much more. First, XL-Parser will help you parse the log and build a SQlite database from it. When it's done, XL-Parser provides a bunch of functions to query the database and find suspicious activities. Cool! ...
