The link is always in the same place. SecretDNS v4.0.5 👉 A free utility for encrypted DNS and selective SNI fragmentation to help bypass website filtering. SecretDNS combines DNS over HTTPS with SNI fragmentation to help protect DNS requests and bypass filtering based on website names. It uses a selected DNS server without changing Windows DNS settings. DNS over HTTPS encrypts the requests your computer sends to look up website addresses. SNI fragmentation splits the part of a connection that identifies the requested website, helping bypass filtering that examines this information. SecretDNS fragments only the SNI string to minimize slowdown. You can specify which domains receive this treatment and use a whitelist to reduce website connection problems. The program also lets you check accessed domains and combine its bypass features with proxy functionality. To get started, click the Run button. The developer recommends selecting encrypted DNS, choosing manually specified SNI fragmentation and entering the domains you want to bypass.  Features: Encrypts DNS requests using DNS over HTTPS.
