The IBM 7000 machines were for a time, the largest and most powerful widely used computers in the world. These machines started with the first generation vacuum tube based 704/709, and were followed in 1959 by the second generation transistorized 7090/7094 and 7040/7044 models. They generally had no disk storage (though that did come later), and made heavy use of magnetic tape and punched cards. This simulator has a graphical interface with separate windows for the main console with all its flashing lights, the card reader, the line printer and all the tape drives, as well as several other specialized windows. It can run the 7000 series operating system "IBSYS," and can compile and execute programs written in Fortran, Cobol, and Assembler. All the required 7000 series software to do that is included in the distribution. Note: B7094 is a Windows program, but it has been reported to run properly on Linux under Wine. To avoid needing the user to have any detailed knowledge of how these machines and their software operated, the simulator provides some prepackaged demonstrations that are easily managed and viewed, thanks to the emulator's built-in scripting language. Bart v3.00 Bart v3.00 Bart is a file and folder backup tool, which transfers changes from multiple source directory trees to destination trees. When run, it will copy any files which have changed since the last run, bringing the destination up to date with the source in an efficient way, copying only files required. Bart can read from a list of source directories, so not only can it keep your My Documents folder backed up, but also any other data stored on your drive in other locations. Direct the target of each of these folders at a network drive on another machine, a second hard drive in the same machine, or removable media such as a USB pen drive. When first run, all the files will be copied, and then on subsequent runs only the files which have altered will be updated, new files copied, and deleted ones removed. Bart keeps the target completely in line with the source. It does not perform two-way synchronisation. If a file in the target was changed, on next run of Bart, it would be replaced with the file from the source. Source The source can be either a single file, or a directory. If a directory is used, then a checkbox controls whether all subdirectories are also copied. Multiple source directories can be chosen, so that all your data areas can be backed up at once. However, in late 2014, a new bug made these ads even more unbearable : the CPU usage often reached 100% after an ad was displayed! And closing the Avira ad window was not enough. The only way to stop this high CPU usage was to manually kill the problematic ad processes or reboot the computer. If you didn't, your CPU could overheat to the point to affect your computer's longevity. This was obviously a very serious bug! So I decided to write this small utility to monitor and kill all unwanted Avira ads. This way, I solved this bug and made sure my CPU would not overheat because of Avira ads. Renaming the file or storing it in a ZIP archive sometimes works, but many ISP can detect that low-tech obfuscation. You need BMP Wrap. BMP Wrap temporarily hides a file inside a valid .BMP image. Once hidden, you can send the BMP file to anybody you wish and they can then extract that file from the BMP image using BMP Wrap.
