NetStumbler v0.4.0
NetStumbler v0.4.0 NetStumbler is a tool for Windows that allows you to detect Wireless Local Area Networks (WLANs) using 802.11b, 802.11a and 802.11g. It has many uses: Verify that your network is set up the way you intended. Find locations with poor coverage in your WLAN. Detect other networks that might be causing interference with your network. Detect unauthorized "rogue" access points in your workplace. Help aim directional antennas for long-haul WLAN links. Use it recreationally for WarDriving. Requirements General Requirements The requirements for NetStumbler are somewhat complex and depend on hardware, firmware versions, driver versions and operating system. The best way to see if it works on your system is to try it. Some configurations have been extensively tested and are known to work. These are detailed at http://www.stumbler.net/compat. If your configuration works but is not listed, or is listed but does not work, please follow the instructions on the web site. The following are rules of thumb that you can follow in case you cannot reach the web site for some reason. This version of NetStumbler requires Windows 2000, Windows XP, or better. The Proxim models 8410-WD and 8420-WD are known to work. The 8410-WD has also been sold as the Dell TrueMobile 1150, Compaq WL110, Avaya Wireless 802.11b PC Card, and others. Most cards based on the Intersil Prism/Prism2 chip set also work. Most 802.11b, 802.11a and 802.11g wireless LAN adapters should work on Windows XP. Some may work on Windows 2000 too. Many of them report inaccurate Signal strength, and if using the "NDIS 5.1" card access method then Noise level will not be reported. This includes cards based on Atheros, Atmel, Broadcom, Cisco and Centrino chip sets. I cannot help you figure out what chip set is in any given card. Firmware Requirements If you have an old WaveLAN/IEEE card then please note that ...

Teapodo v0.4.0
Teapodo v0.4.0 A Lightweight Audio Editor for Windows and MacOS Non-destructive Multi-track Editing Importing or recording into multiple Tracks, and re-arranging the audio as Clips, while keeping the source audio untouched. Your browser does not support the video tag. autoplay muted Fade-in and Fade-out Each clip's fade-in and fade-out can be adjusted easily. The adjustments reflect in real-time on both the waveform and the output audio. Audio Plugins Teapodo supports the following audio plugin formats: VST3 (on Windows and macOS) AudioUnit (on macOS) With the power of the audio plugin ecosystem, audio tracks in Teapodo can be fine-tuned easily. De-noising, dynamic range compression, EQ, and many more audio adjustments are just a few clicks away. Easy Recording Recording is as simple as clicking the Record button. Punching-in can also be done by recording onto an existing track. Recorded audio is saved incrementally into a file in order to prevent data loss in unexpected situations. ID3 Chapters Finalizing your project by marking the project into Chapters. When exported, Chapters are written as ID3 Chapter Frames in the audio file, which can then be picked up by supported audio players (such as Podcast players). Native Apple Silicon Support Teapodo runs natively on both Apple Silicon Macs and Intel Macs, making the editing experience smooth and power efficient. Windows Support Teapodo fully supports Windows 10 and later. Have a gaming monitor with a 144Hz refresh rate? Teapodo will run buttery smooth on it :) Built with Rust Teapodo's audio engine and internal data flow is written in Rust, a programming language that is fast and memory-safe. The multi-threaded nature of real-time audio processing makes it a challenging problem to solve. With the help of Rust (and a handful of well-crafted third party crates), we are able to implement a rock solid foundation for Teapodo. Changes v0.4.0 Update contact infos in About page and Help ...
