Nothing more to really say here except you also get the option of it being a parrot. If you have an unhealthy obsession with cats instead of a normal love of dogs, you are probably in need of this. So... yeah... here you go. ;) Oh... one more thing. You may ask yourself, "Why is this cat 153Mb unzipped?" It's because the file has Microsoft's .NET Core (perfectly safe) embedded in it in case your computer does not have it. .NET Core is required to run it. How to use: 1) Download .zip file below. 2) Right-click and choose Extract All. 3) Open unzipped folder. 4) Click to run "RunCat.exe" 5) Look at System Tray. 6) See cat. 7) Make an unnatural squeal while waving both hands frantically. 8) Feel shame.
