VERSION HISTORY:
----------------

1.2:

	* "Treasure Hunt" game mode added. It's an special game mode based on exploration, finding secrets and solving puzzles. This new mode must be unlocked by beating the main quest or logging into GameJolt before it can be played.

	* Added 10 new trophies for GameJolt, related to the new "Treasure Hunt" mode.

	* Minor graphical improvements: new animations for the player character, flashlight beam and some other extra effects (save point glow, etc)

	* Fixed a bug which caused the PC to become stuck in a wall when crossing from one room to another.

	* Fixed a bug which caused the PC to appear on the wrong side of the screen when moving from one room to another.

	* Fixed a bug with the "Retry" option in the "Mission Accomplished" menu.

	* Applied some small difficulty balance changes to the main quest.

	* When the player enters a room, enemies close to that entrance will now be slightly moved away from that point. This helps preventing the room to become blocked by a cluster of enemies, and also gives the player a chance to react.

	* The status bar now displays both the killed enemies ratio and the collected treasure ratio. Now you can check your progress at any moment, without having to beat the quest.

	* The main menu has been reorganized. The bonus quest "The Gazpacho of Youth" can be now found next to the main quest in the "Adventure Mode" submenu. Both the "Survival" and "Treasure Hunt" game modes are now grouped under the "Extra Mode" submenu.

	* Unlocked menu options are now hilighted with a "NEW!" sign to let the user know they are available.

	* Improved the saving system. Each map (main quest, bonus quest and treasure hunt) has now its own exclusive save slot.

	* When using the GameJolt feature, the game will sync the Survival Mode local scoreboard with the public online leaderboard.

	* The GameJolt login box now shows an error message when the login fails.

1.12:

	* Fixed a bug that caused the "Bright" lighting to not work at all.

1.11:

	* Fixed a bug that prevented full-screen graphical interpolation from working in Windows Vista/7/8 (GameMaker 8.1 limitation). Visual quality in full-screen mode should be much better now in those systems.

	* "Moody" lighting mode is now a bit brighter.

1.1:

	* Added the extra quest "The Gazpacho of Youth". This new scenario can be unlocked by completing the original quest or logging into GameJolt.

	* Fixed the random crashes in Windows 8.

	* Lighting system has been improved with dynamic shadows and color tints. You can choose between "Moody" and "Bright" modes in the Options menu.

	* Support for GameJolt trophies and online leaderboards.

	* Added extra detail in the original scenario.

	* Various graphical enhancements (UI, main character sprite, backgrounds, etc).

	* Fixed a lot of bugs from the previous versions, including a particularly nasty one that caused wrong screen transitions.

1.01:

	* Fixed some spelling/grammatical mistakes in the English version of the manual.

	* The "Previous Page" and "Next Page" buttons for the English manual were shown in Spanish. They are now translated.

	* The movement speed for the spiders has been reduced (just a bit).

	* Added an options menu. You can now change the language without having to exit the game and edit the external config file.

	* Added a "range circle" option. If enabled, the game will show a circle around FrikiBoy, representing the attack range of his sword. If you have a hard time figuring the melee attack range, please try turning this option on.

1.00:
	* First public release.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
----------------

Press F1 at the main menu screen or ingame to check the manual. Controls and actions are explained there.

If you are updating from a previous version, BEWARE! Game saves from the original version will probably not work, and even if they do, they will likely cause a lot of problems. I recommend starting over or finishing your current game before updating.
